Energy Healing Sessions
Welcome to True Vitality
All True Vitality Energy Healing sessions are by telephone. Sessions are generally 30 - 60 minutes, but can go longer. During the session, I will ask for your permission to connect with your subconscious mind. This will not allow me to read your mind or thoughts. It will allow me to ask yes or no questions to find out what the underlying issues are and what processes will help you. Your subconscious mind leads the way in guiding your healing process. At the end of the session I will disconnect from the communication with your subconscious mind and will not reconnect again until another session.
To discover what processes you need to address your issues, I will use the Body Code app which has a menu of six main categories. These categories include: Energy, Circuit or System, Toxins, Pathogens, Misalignments, and Diet or Lifestyle. Each of these main categories has sub-categories that lead us to the area that you need help with. When we get to that specific area, I will read an explanation of it, and then decode what we need to know, and discover if there are other associated imbalances. When that is done, I use intention to correct the imbalances. That only takes a few seconds, and then we leave five minutes of quiet to rest and allow the process to assimilate.
When that is done, we can move to another process as needed. Your subconscious mind guides us through the session to determine what needs to be done first and how much we can do at one session. It will also indicate how long we should wait until the next session.
At the end of your session, I will email you the information from your session. If you have any questions or concerns after the session, you can send an email to let me know. Any personal information disclosed during your session will be kept completely confidential.

The cost for True Vitality Energy Healing sessions is $120 per hour, with a liding scale down to $80. First session for new clients is FREE.
