True Vitality energy healing sessions are available worldwide. Since sessions are conducted by zoom or telephone, clients can experience healing in the comfort of their own home, without the need to travel.

True Vitality energy healing uses the Body Code and Emotion Code modalities. Body Code is a sophisticated and complete method of body balancing and deals with these different categories – emotional, energetic, nutritional, structural, pathogens, and toxicity. Body Code is an individualized, targeted energy healing approach for addressing specific health issues and symptoms. It is effective with all areas of your whole being, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The Emotion Code is part of the Body Code system and deals with identifying and releasing trapped emotions that cause blockages and imbalances.

We tap into your subconscious mind, which is the ultimate intelligence for guiding your healing process. To address your issues, I will use the Body Code app which has a menu of six main categories: Energy, Circuit or System, Toxins, Pathogens, Misalignments, and Diet or Lifestyle. Each of these has sub-categories that lead us to the area that you need help with. When we get to that specific area, I will read an explanation of it, and then decode what we need to know, and discover if there are other associated imbalances. Then I use intention to correct the imbalances. Accessing the vast knowledge base of the subconscious mind opens the door to incredible healing results.

The cost for True Vitality energy healing sessions is $120 per hour, with a sliding scale down to $80. A free introductory session is available to new clients.
